I'm compensated by your agent if and when you successfully close on your purchase or sale. My fee comes directly from the agent's commission, which is standard practice in the industry. Not to worry. If you don’t like the agent I’ll help you find another one you vibe with a bit better. You should only hire someone who you feel comfortable with, and who has shown you a reasonable amount of skill and care.
