The Person Behind the Introduction
Hi!
A decade in real estate. A career built on knowing who to trust — and how to tell the difference.
How I got here.
I didn't start in real estate. I started at Nordstrom.
First on the sales floor - then in leadership, where my job was teaching salespeople how to build real relationships with clients. Not transactions. Relationships. Nordstrom's reputation wasn't built on marketing or coupons. It was built on the quality of the experience, and the personal accountability of the person delivering it. That standard never left me.
From there I moved into tech sales selling solutions for managing complex litigation — which meant earning the trust of senior partners at some of the country's most demanding law firms. People who had no patience for anything they hadn't already thought of. You learn quickly how to ask the right questions, read a room, and build a relationship with someone who doesn't trust easily.
Then came real estate. Ten years as a solo practitioner. Over $100M in career sales. No team, no safety net — just a commitment to doing the work right and building the kind of reputation that brings people back. Connecting clients and friends relocating to a new city the right real estate agent became a natural extension of what I do - and an honor.
John's Agents exists because of everything that came before it. I know what exceptional service looks like. I know how to evaluate talent. And I know how to ask the questions that reveal whether an agent is truly exceptional — or just available.
When I connect you with an agent, I've already done what most people don't know how to do - made sure they’re truly qualified. You walk into that relationship knowing someone took personal responsibility for getting it right.
That's not a directory. That's not an algorithm. It’s what I do.
